Shipping
We typically ship orders out between Monday - Fridays, however custom orders do require more time.
A custom order may take up to a week to be made and shipped.
A confirmation email will be sent out when your order has been shipped.

Duties & Customs
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Cryptic Creations orders only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

Returns
All Sales are final.

Items marked "Special" or "Sale" are not returnable.

Custom orders are not returnable except in the instance of shipping damage.

In the instance that a customer provides the wrong shipping address resulting in a package being returned to us, the customer may provide the correct address and pay additional shipping charges. If the customer refuses to pay additional shipping, their order will be cancelled, and their money will be returned minus the original shipping charge and a $3 restocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday

No returns will be accepted without authorization.
